What is Wiqly?

Wiqly is an AI-powered video FAQ widget for your website. Instead of static text FAQs, visitors watch short videos of an AI spokesperson answering their questions — and can tap buttons to navigate between topics.

How does the widget work?

You add a single script tag to your website. A floating button appears in the corner. When visitors click it, a 9:16 video opens with your AI spokesperson delivering a welcome message. Overlay buttons let them tap through to specific answers.

What AI avatars are available?

We offer a roster of professional AI spokespersons — diverse in appearance, voice, and style. You pick one when creating your widget. The avatar speaks your script with natural expressions and lip-sync.

How long do videos take to generate?

Most videos render in under 60 seconds. When you click "Generate", our system queues the job and you can watch the progress in your dashboard. Once ready, the widget goes live automatically.

Can I customize the look of the widget?

Yes. You can choose custom background images or colors behind your spokesperson, and the widget inherits a clean, modern design that works on any site without CSS conflicts.

Does it work on mobile?

Absolutely. The widget is fully responsive. The 9:16 portrait format is designed for mobile-first viewing, and it works beautifully on desktop too.

Can I capture leads?

Yes. You can add an email capture form to any video — either the welcome video or individual FAQ answers. When a visitor submits, you get an instant email notification with their details.

What websites does it work with?

Any website that allows custom scripts: WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, custom HTML — you name it. The widget uses Shadow DOM isolation, so it won't conflict with your site's styles.
